I decided to revive & revamp this popular "8 Day REPLENISH" Challenge, because...
We women/moms care for everyone else first, leaving ourselves for when or "if" we "get the time" to care for our needs, and often never getting cared for at all.
And the start to each "New Year" is no different.
We're busy getting kids back to school, resuming our own work and routines, and many of us also add in new goals, resolutions, a theme, or a "word" to try to improve our mind, body, heart, relationships, and spirit in the year to come.
It's a LOT.
More than anything, what do most of us REALLY need as the New Year steps into full swing?
Not to work harder, no.
We need to be REPLENISHED!
Enter the "8 Day REPLENISH" Self-Care Challenge!
Each day, for 8 days, we will focus on and learn strategies related to the following essential self-care topics:
Rest–You need this when you’re depleted! How to build it into each day.
Evaluate–your needs (It's a continuous process).
Pause–every hour or so, tune in…(meditate, pray, be mindful, just BE).
Listen-to what your body/mind says. Learn to love yourself & practice self-compassion.
Edit–What can go?
Name–What do you feel? Think? Need? Say it out loud! To yourself. To someone else.
Integrate–each new piece you discover about yourself & how to care for you.
SHow up--for yourself. And keep showing up! That’s all that’s really required.
It is time to REPLENISH all that’s been DEPLETED!
I created a new version of this challenge because…
This is your time to RESET, RENEW, & REDISCOVER you!
What does this challenge include?
Starts: February 1, 2023
Ends: February 8, 2023
Here's What to Expect:
Each day, you'll receive an email with a short audio/video lesson, mindfulness activity download, and worksheet (when applicable).
In the lessons, I'll share:
1) the psychology and research behind each principle,
2) the deeper understanding and meaning of the principle,
3) specific strategies for how to implement the principle into daily life, and
4) a daily activity to help you practice that principle
