“Amare” means “to love”. And love is the universal language. Yet, in order to truly love others, we believe you must first start by loving yourself.
Mental health and mental illness are increasingly considered to be the same thing, but they are not. Everyone has mental health, just like everyone has physical health. The real question is, what can we do to optimize our mental health and live a life full of mental wellness?
Amare's vision is to lead the global mental wellness revolution. By inspiring people to see the world differently, we believe they will have the desire to live an extraordinary life.
