This challenge focuses on 8 core areas of replenishment, or self-care. Each day, participants will focus on one area, learn some principles and skills related to the topic, and then select one way to practice that self-care principle that day.
Self-Guided Challenge:
Since the challenge is over, it will be up to you to do one audio and worksheet each day. Or if it fits your schedule better, you can binge listen to several audios in one
session . . . that's up to you. But I highly recommend that you take the time to do the worksheets.
In this challenge I share:
1) the psychology and research behind each principle,
2) the deeper understanding and meaning of the principle,
3) specific strategies for how to implement the principle into daily life, and
4) a daily challenge to practice that principle.
